Arta Medicare Health Plans are Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug (MAPD) Plans
offered by Arta Medicare Health Plan Inc., which contracts with the federal government.
You must have Medicare Parts A & B and reside in Orange County or the Plan’s approved
service area of Riverside County to enroll. Your ability to enroll may be limited
to certain times of the year. Members must continue to pay the Medicare Part B premium,
if not otherwise paid for by Medi-Cal or by another third party. Limitations, copayments
and coinsurance will apply. Members must use contracting providers for routine care.
